  ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! what you see on their "menu" of services and what they actually charge you are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. Plus its all itemized so you can see all the charges very clearly.This has happened to me EVERY time ive been there. They charge extra or "add ons" for something already included in the service you tell them you want, based off their OWN menu! It's really just another salon trying to scam customers with "gel" NAILS when they're really getting ACRYLIC nails with gel POLISH. Two totally different things, but they always charge you for the gel which is more expensive. I've been to enough salons and had enough fills and sets over the past 10 years to know what's what. 90% of the people who walk in there for full sets aren't even aware, and salons like this one try to take advantage. The lady who did my nails pushed some buttons on the register when I went to pay, then quickly ran away while their "receptionist" told me my total and took my payment. As if she knew she was overcharging me but didn't want to be the one to deal with it if I had tried to correct them. I had to point out to them on their OWN menu of services the correct price for what I was given, which was spelled out and listed VERY clearly. They tried to justify until they ran out of excuses. Lynn however did do a pretty good job on my nails, its just the integrity in this salon that's awful. I also noticed employees just sitting around on their tablets or phones while people who walked in were waiting for services. All in all not very professional. Still not sure how I end up spending more on JUST a full set than a pedicure AND a FILL. I've tried to give them a few chances thinking they wouldn't try to scam me after the last time, it's also in a convenient location for me, but its just what they do. Honestly because they get away with it 90% of the time. I will never be wasting my money on this place again.
